Life has it’s challenges, it’s detours; it’s ups and downs. When these things happen, do you rise to the challenge? Or do you worry and sort of freeze and do nothing because you feel stuck or helpless?
Although it can be hard at times to keep your head up during challenging times, you must look forward to what’s ahead, versus where you are right now. It’s all about moving forward, focusing on what you CAN do.
SmartChic Action – Focus On What You CAN Do In Life
- Write down what is a major challenge in your life right now. What is stressing you out? What is holding you back in life?
- What action steps can you and do you need to do right now to deal with your challenge?
- What is the positive reward that will come out of you taking action?
Taking on challenges might be hard for you, uncomfortable, even scary. But think of the long term consequences if you don’t ever take action! Don’t live your life with regrets. You deserve happiness and peace in your life. Become a person of action, dealing with challenges head on, so you can really focus on the things that make you happy in life.
Action is a great restorer and builder of confidence. Inaction is not only the result, but the cause, of fear. Perhaps the action you take will be successful; perhaps different action or adjustments will have to follow. But any action is better than no action at all. -Norman Vincent Peale

Howdy! Someone in my Facebook group shared this site with us so I came to give it a look. I’m definitely loving the information. I’m book-marking and will be tweeting this to my followers! Fantastic blog and wonderful design.
Thanks for the feedback!!
Life is definitely full of challenges Cynthia. I used to let challenges stress me out and “engulf” me. I began to surround myself with positive people (like you), subscribe to inspirational and positive tweets and Facebook posts, read motivational books, and I learned to slow down and focus in on my challenges. I could then do as you said above, figure the action steps and deal with the challenges in the right way.
